Our Keiryu Soba (Buckwheat Noodles) Is Made in the Image of a Mountain Stream! Includes Deep-Fried Yamame (Trout), River Shrimp Tempura, and Edible Wild Plants.
You’ll never forgot the taste of our chewy, home-made noodles! We also serve rice grasshopper Tsukudani (preserved food boiled down in soy sauce). They may not be super pretty, but they tastes great! You’ll also enjoy chatting with the shop owner.
