Experience “eating” tea in a tea-growing region
The “Chako Kaiseki” course focuses on seasonal ingredients and the aroma of tea. There you can enjoy eating tea dishes and making elaborate tea desserts.
The leaves are from the local Kanaya region to make the “Kanaya Tea Sobagaki” sweets. Customers first grind the leaves separately into powder in a mortar. Then, add it on sobagaki with sweetness and toppings. Enjoy the difference in the taste between regular tea and roasted one.
“Yukura, Soba and Creative Dining Place” is located on the Makinohara Height. From our large windows, you can enjoy a beautiful, picturesque views of the tea fields, Mt. Fuji, and the Oi River. The night view is also exceptionally beautiful.
