Amazing mountain stream soba noodles! A bowl filled with the bounty of the mountains. It includes fried Yamame fish(Japanese river trout), river shrimp tempura and wild vegetables.
The homemade noodles are firm and chewy! The most unusual dish is the locust tsukudani(a preserved food made by cooking locust in sweetened soy sauce). It looks a little unusual, but tastes surprisingly good. Be sure to enjoy conversations with the friendly owner.
