Natural Salt Made in the Mountains! Opening Workshop Depend
on a Feeling Well.

The Oyaji (old Japanese men) boil the Kawane Onsen water into salt to make “Kawane no Goen” (Kawane salt). You’ll love the Oyaji, they’re are all great people. They’re the kind of Oyaji who take the salt they worked so hard to make and generously pass it out to their neighbors, lol. You’d be pretty lucky to get your hands on some!
