Learn how to pick tea leaves to make tea, and enjoy a delicious cup of tea in the fields.
The Kawane area is where tea fields spread across the mountainous area upstream of the Oi River. It is one of the famous tea producing areas. We have been producing high-quality tea since ancient times. We are thankful for the morning fog and the difference in temperature between day and night. Learn how to hand-pick tea leaves in the fields, and how to brew green tea. Finally, enjoy a cup.
