Walk Down Kawagoshikaido Way in a Kimono and Try Some of the Best Tea There Is.

The Oi River has been described as the hardest part of the old Tokaido Way to trek in a poem that reads “The impassable Oi River”. There were strong restrictions for building bridges and sailing along the river, so travelers would hop on the shoulders of someone who knew how to cross the river.
Please have some green tea and find out what it felt like to be a traveler in Edo Period.
