Stroll along the Kawagoshi Kaido(river crossing ruins area) in kimono, and enjoy a delicious break.
As the poem tells, “The Oi River is too difficult to cross”, it was a hard part of the old Tokaido road. Bridges and ferries were not allowed. Travelers crossed with the help of Kawagoshi porters. Please feel the traveler’s atmosphere of the old time, and take a break with green tea.

Green tea will be served at a spot of your choice along the road.
Required time：Dressing 30 minutes/person (may vary depending on appointments)

※Including rental kimono, fitting, green tea and admission fee to Shimada Museum.
