An extraordinary stay course with an experience of making the specialty “sesame tofu” with a superb chewy texture

This is a weekday-only stay course where you can make the specialty “sesame tofu”.
It is made by carefully grinding raw sesame seeds, adding kuzu starch (arrowroot powder), and slowly kneading it. It results in a beautiful luster and chewy texture. The finished “sesame tofu” can be enjoyed as an appetizer for the dinner course.
During your stay, you can enjoy appreciating the calligraphy, paintings, art, and antique fabrics displayed in our inn. Also, please enjoy sightseeing of Horai Bridge, etc.
We also offer bicycle rentals (fee-charging) . You can tour the surrounding area.
