Our Miso (Soy Bean Paste) and Shoyu (Soy Sauce) Recipes Have Been Passed Down for Four Generations, Since 1910!
Our Miso and Shoyu are made from domesticly grown soy beans and carefully prepared and processed by craftsmen to be sold in our store Everyday we work hard to try and build up the tradition we’ve inherited Please feel free to ask for a tour of the factory where we make our Miso and Shoyu.
