Over One Hundred Carp Kites, Dancing in the Wind as a Steam Locomotive passes by! Scenery that can only be seen this time of year!
An annual event coordinated by a local interest group, Kawane Loves Factory (KLF)! They add a new “koinobori” carp kite every year, made by elementary school students from Kawane Elementary. Come see this year’s new kite!
